The 257-row openable current transformer is an openable product designed by adding auxiliary structures on the basis of closed-loop products. The product shell adopts environmentally friendly flame-retardant PC/ABS alloy engineering plastics and high-quality epoxy resin encapsulation materials, which has the characteristics of compact structure, easy installation, stable and reliable operation.
In terms of production technology, this series of products adopts the process design of encapsulation first and then cutting, so that the core section can be well combined as much as possible, and the matching gap is small, and the product is beautiful. The resin encapsulation process is adopted to provide the greatest protection for the winding.
In terms of design, the opening structure adopts a buckle design, which can be easily opened and closed. At the same time, this structure avoids the increase of errors caused by the difference in the tightness of the combination in the installation link, and can ensure the consistency of repeated installation.
This series of products has 7 size specifications, which can measure cables with a current range of 100A-2000A. According to the requirements, the accuracy can be 0.2, 0.5, 1.0, etc. The secondary output signal can be a standard current of 5A/1A or a small signal current of mA level.
This series of products does not contain an open circuit protection part. During installation, the secondary circuit needs to be well connected before installation can be carried out. During and after installation, the secondary output of the transformer is not allowed to be open. The open circuit protection circuit part can be added inside the product as needed.

The product shell color can be produced according to the customer's specified color to meet different color schemes.
