Micro current transformers are used to convert AC current signals into lower-level AC current or voltage signals in proportion.
This series of products is small in size, high in precision, small in phase shift, and easy to use. It can accurately convert and isolate current signals and is mainly used in current, power and electric energy detection equipment or electric measuring instruments; at the same time, some products can use special processes to reach 10 times or even 20 times the overcurrent requirements, and can be used in power protection equipment.
This series of products mainly use direct input through the through hole at the primary level, or pin input, and the secondary uses asymmetric PCB direct welding mode output, which is easy and fast to install and not prone to errors. At the same time, the product is made of flame-retardant PBT material or flame-retardant ABS engineering plastics, with excellent insulation and flame-retardant properties, and the flame-retardant grade reaches UL 94-V0 level; epoxy resin encapsulation process, waterproof, moisture-proof and heat dissipation performance are excellent, and can be used in harsh environments.
When selecting a miniature current transformer, you can choose Permalloy material products, which have extremely high conversion accuracy and extremely small phase shift, but the cost price is also the highest; you can also choose nanocrystalline material products, which also have the advantages of high precision and low phase shift, and the cost and price are more competitive; if used in relay protection, you can choose silicon steel material products, which have good overload performance and sufficient accuracy.
